Nauticam manufactures a robust, precision-engineered underwater housing for the Insta360 X5 camera, designed for professional use at depths up to 150 meters. This premium aluminum housing replaces the camera's original lenses with its own anti-reflection coated optical system to ensure optimal image quality underwater.

Product Details & Features

  • Construction: The housing features a rugged hard-anodized aluminum construction, which provides durability and corrosion resistance.
  • Depth Rating: It has a significant depth rating of 150 meters (approx. 490 feet), allowing for deep technical dives.
  • Optics: For optimal underwater performance, the original outer lenses of the 
    Insta360 X must be removed. The housing uses a precision optical system with a 190° angle of view per lens and an anti-reflection coating to ensure sharp images and minimize glare.
  • Controls: Clearly marked, color-coded push buttons provide full, intuitive control over all essential camera functions underwater. The housing also automatically switches the camera to Dive Mode when the rear door is closed.
  • Expandability: The design includes multiple mounting points, making it fully expandable with float arms, handles, strobes, and other accessories for a complete underwater rig
