When shipping a housing for service or overhaul to Reef Photo & Video please complete a packing slip and include it in the box. Please retain a copy of this document for your records.

For issues with housings, please send the entire housing, front and back, along your camera tray and camera with battery.
Sending the Camera is important so that the housing can be individually tuned and function tested with that specific body - and we guarantee that it will be perfect when it is returned. To back that up, if there is any functionality issue with a repair / service order where both the camera and housing were returned, we will pay shipping both ways to correct it.
Please pack the products in a sturdy box with sufficient padding and always insure the box for the full replacement value.
