I would just like to say that my telephone order yesterday was perhaps the most pleasant ordering experience I've had.
I normally dread speaking with customer support or sales, and I thought it was going to take a while to sort through exactly what I needed. I was calling from Senegal, Africa, so efficiency was important. However, Kelly was very knowledgeable, honest about what she wasn't certain of, seemed genuinely cheerful, and asked the right questions to identify precisely what I needed.
She had the perfect balance of being enjoyable to speak with, but not wasting my time. She made it feel like my needs were the most important thing to her - in other words, I felt like a valued customer rather than being told I was. I appreciate that and thank you.
