The Bluefin brings ease of use to a new level in 2010 with its recorded ir one touch white balance script. No more complicated mechanical touch screen hoops to jump through, just press a button on the right handle, point the camera at a neutral color, and lock in perfect color every time!
Fingertip electronic controls access record, zoom (w), zoom (t), af/mf toggle, still photo, lights on, lights off, and one touch white balance. The electronic left handle offers four way nagivation and select remotely acessing the camera's touch screen menu system.
The 2010 Bluefin is the first to include their outstanding 3.2" OLED Monitor as standard equipment, and the first to take advantage of an easy to use new magnetic flip filter/macro lens arm. The OLED Monitor is the brightest monitor available on an underwater housing, with excellent pixel density for confirming fine focus, and an ultrawide viewing angle. This new accessory filter syste allows the user to easily change between a bluewater color correction filter, a green water color correction filter, and an accessory macro diopter.
This package includes Light & Motion Sunray 1200, outputting over 1200 lumen with 100 minute burn time at full power and a wide, soft 85 degree beam angle. The Sunray 1200 mount seamlessly underneath the Bluefin Housing, and can be powered on and off from the left handle. The included multi-chem smart charge fully recharges a depleted battery in two hours.
The 90 Degree Fathom Imaging Wide Angle Lens is extremely sharp, and offers 100% zoom through. This versatile optic enables both macro and wide angle shooting on the same dive with no falloff in the corners and no visible distortion. With telemacro mode on in the camera, this lens can shoot a 1" subject full frame from 7 inches away.
